Fomapan 100 Classic
Fomapan 100 Classic is a traditional medium speed film offering a high degree of exposure and development flexibility typical of old style black and white emulsions. This is a great film for those looking for an inexpensive film to learn the art of real Black and White photography. Quality control is not up to the same standards of Ilford or Kodak, but complaints are rare and the very traditional production process adds to the appeal of this brand.
It should be noted, when compared to Ilford, Kodak or Fuji, these films are "character" products - sometimes, although rarely, they may display quirky features which may be interpreted at emulsion defects. This is all part of the charater of the films and under these circumstances it is difficult to get the product replaced by the manufacturer.
