Fomapan 200 Creative
Fomapan 200 Creative is a very flexible film with capable of excellent results in less than favourable lighting conditions and where exposure has been less than perfect! The emulsion is of a traditional type and this is an ideal film for those learning the art of real Black and White photography or for general purpose everyday photography. Quality is not up to the standards of the likes of Ilford or Kodak, but this is as a result of the very traditional production methods and this has become part of the appeal of the Foma brand, together with the very reasonable price tag.
It should be noted, when compared to Ilford, Kodak or Fuji, these films are "character" products - sometimes, although rarely, they may display quirky features which may be interpreted at emulsion defects. This is all part of the charater of the films and under these circumstances it is difficult to get the product replaced by the manufacturer.
