Ilfochrome "Normal" Contrast paper
With slightly higher contrast than the medium contrast paper, the Normal contrast is aimed principally at those looking to expose digitally, but there is no problem exposing traditionally in the darkroom. However darkroom workers can encounter excessive contrast when working with Ilfochrome, hence the lower contrast Medium paper is generally better suited to traditional exposure, especially with its larger range of sheet sizes and cheaper prices than normal contrast Ilfochrome.
ILFORD Intend to discontinue the ILFOCHROME product - As of March 2012, we do not know what will be available from the final coating run - Depending on stock avaialable, these products may or may not be subject to a 30% price increase on the prices shown.
