Kodak Elite-Chrome is available in 2 speeds of ISO100 and 200, with the 100 is available in two different varients - standard and Extra Color (also known as "EB" and "EBX" respectively). The standard varient provides typical fine grain, colour saturation and contrast expected with a slide film. The "Extra Color" is a lesser known version and a bit of a gem, providing very intense colour staturation and higher contrast. The 200 offers similar colour pallette and saturation to the standard 100, but with an extra stop of speed. Kodak Elite-Chrome film is available in 35mm format only - for 120 and sheet formats see Kodak E100G, E100VS and E200.
All Kodak Slide films are now on rundown and have been discontinued.
We still have some small stocks. We believe this is because Kodak have run out of production capacity as there is such strong demand for black and white and colour negative, like Portra. Fujifilm has a strong offer in colour slide and we would recommend this to customers.
For a budget, but good quality, slide film, take a look at the Agfa Precisa.
